Since I did it last year, I thought I’d better make a birthday list. I’ve ordered it from most reasonable to least reasonable (approximately). I leave it to you to judge where it crosses over from one to the other, but the curve starts getting rapidly steeper starting at about #5 (which is where my realistic hopes and expectations end).
I’ll leave it there, before I start getting into giant plushy Turian territory. Nobody wants that.

I will seriously buy you a whole Lemon-Orange Flan next time I’m in Vancouver (this AUGUST!) if you come out with Brandon for one of our sketch jams! I would love to meet you one of these days
No flan required, for meeting me (though maybe I should re-think that position, in general).
Sketch-jam-wise I make no promises, but if you can go get coffee with me and Brandon while you’re in town, then that would be great. I know where all the best muffins are hiding.

On my birthday I ended up having, I think, a carrot walnut spice muffin. My enduring neighborhood favourite, though, is raspberry-blueberry banana oat, and that’s probably a better example of my ideal.
Both of those sound absolutely delectable, your favorite particularly so. We have a place in Minneapolis that makes amazing, cheap vegan muffins that I swear must have fairy dust in them or something, they’re that good. So light and fluffy and HUGE to boot :)

I think I got to “giant shiny”, and became intimidated by how long (and unreasonable) it could actually get, if I kept going. It was like looking into the cold and infinite dark of outer space.

Can someone tell me what he means by “shiny”? I feel very blank.
That’s my term for any kind of shiny thing, usually a crystal or mineral specimen of some sort. I collect them like a crazy treasure-obsessed person.
